At Hero-X, we have classes to support a wide range of goals, abilities, and ages. If you're thinking of joining, drop in to one of our classes for a free trial!

  • CrossFit classes at Hero-X combine strength, conditioning, and skill-based training in a structured, coach-led environment. Sessions are constantly varied and designed to improve overall fitness, with movements adapted so people of all abilities can train confidently and progress at their own pace. Ideal for anyone looking for effective, full-body training with expert support and a strong sense of community.

  • HYROX classes at Hero-X replicate the format and flow of HYROX races, combining running with functional workouts in a structured, coach-led session. Designed for those training for a HYROX event or anyone who enjoys HYROX-style training, the classes focus on building endurance, strength, and confidence through workouts in a supportive group environment.

  • Engine classes focus on developing overall fitness and cardiovascular endurance through longer conditioning pieces. Sessions typically use erg machines, creating a steady, purposeful workout that builds stamina, efficiency, and confidence. 

  • Strength classes focus on building power and resilience through structured lifting sessions. With an emphasis on technique and progressive overload, each class helps you improve strength safely and consistently, whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine and progress your training.

  • Barbell Club is for members who enjoy focused barbell training, with sessions centred on Olympic lifts, technical drills, and strength development. Classes are coach-led and provide time to refine technique, build confidence under the bar, and progress lifting skills in a supportive, well-structured environment.

  • Gymnastics classes focus on developing bodyweight strength, control, and coordination through movements such as pull-ups, handstands, and core work. Sessions are structured to help you build skill and confidence at your own pace, making them suitable for a wide range of abilities.

  • Fun, safe sessions introducing movement basics, coordination, and teamwork through play.

  • Confidence-building workouts combining fitness, skills, and games to develop strength and agility.

  • Structured training for young athletes strength, conditioning, and technique in a safe, supportive environment.

  • A chance for the whole family to get moving together! Fun games, group workouts, and challenges designed for all ages 5+.

  • Open Gym provides dedicated time to train independently, following your own programme, working on specific skills, or complementing your coached sessions, Open Gym offers the flexibility to train at your own pace, with coaches available on the gym floor for guidance and support when needed.
